The Bridge
Kingston, NY
April 30, 2026
Join us for a free gathering in the backyard at The Bridge, a new tradition co-created with our community. Whether you’re a friend or a new face, a next-door neighbor or a traveler from afar, we invite you to join our low-key monthly gathering, set to an atmospheric tracklist.
Inspired by the desire for genuine connection and using rituals to create magical shared experiences, our hangout encourages guests to connect and share their most authentic selves with each other. Come meet your neighbors, collaborators, and future friends, and please feel free to bring anyone else along.
Tea and water will be available, as well as metaphysical tools & toys from the apothecary. You’re also welcome to bring an unopened, pre-packaged drink or snack to share with the group.
We accept optional donations up to $10 to help offset hosting costs.
We can’t wait to hang with you!

Local Hangs
We organize the kinds of events that we want to see more of in our neck of the woods. We want to help people have more fun and find a place where they belong.
Peer-to-Peer Programming
We partner with local community leaders who care about bringing people together in meaningful ways. Our programming encourages curiosity, exploration, and exchange.
Who runs HVSC?
Jess Leyla (she/they) is a healer and community builder in NY’s Hudson Valley. As the organizer of HVSC, she brings people together with fun, intentional, and authentic gatherings. She loves using her body to hike, bike, dance, play ukulele, forage, and hang out in nature with her friends.
Jess has more than 12 years of experience practicing meditation, energy work, plant medicine, and land healing. She’s trained in Usui Reiki, Relational Awakening, and psychedelic care and harm reduction. In addition to her continued studies in Usui Reiki and Relational Awakening, she’s also training in qi gong and tai chi, somatic healing, and sacred land stewardship.
